Education Account Coordinator

This position is a telecommuting / remote employment position however prospective employees must be located in Colorado

Job Summary:

The Education Account Coordinator position is responsible for managing the ongoing relationship of CIC’s customers, focusing on customer retention.  Education Account Specialists work with post-go live K-12 School District customers to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, lead ongoing status meetings, coordinate and schedule training and programming resources, and assist in sales activities.
 
Core Responsibilities:
·         Develop and maintain relationships with school district main point of contact, as well as executive-level management / K-12 district leadership.
·         Develop and manage project budgets, deliverables, timelines and requirements for post-go-live services (training and custom development).
·         Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and provide recommendations on and implement policy and process improvement opportunities.
·         Establish meeting agendas in advance of status meetings; coordinate attendees and their contributions/deliverables for each meeting; manage meeting times and topics; at the end of each meeting, document and communicate decisions made, what action items are due and by whom, when the next meeting will occur.
·         Educate and encourage full-potential use of the Infinite Campus and Tableau software products in order to maximize customer retention.
·         Identify areas of improvement and prescribe solutions to district software issues.  This includes making recommendations for purchase of additional premium products and services.
·         Assist sales and marketing team in arranging demonstrations, establishing stakeholders and closing sales.
 
Required Skills:
·         Degree in Accounting, Secondary Education, or Equivalent Experience
·         Proven experience in managing relationships with multiple customers
·         Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with executive level management / K-12 school district leadership.
·         Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
·         Ability to travel up to 10% of time worked

Salary Range: $60,000 to $77,500 / year depending on experience and qualifications 

Education PEOPLEWARE Support Coordinator

This position is a telecommuting / remote employment position however prospective employees must be located in one of CIC’s territory states – CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, NE


Job Summary:
CIC is looking for Peopleware Support Coordinators with excellent communication and people skills to support our web-based student management software for K-12 School Districts.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Learn CIC’s products (Infinite Campus and Tableau) and act as a Support Resource for CIC’s Customer Help Desk system.
  • Resolve an average of 10 – 15 Support Calls per day with an average response time of 35 minutes or less and an average resolution time of 35 minutes or less. 
  • Ensure that customer support calls are handled in a timely manner and do not lie stagnant for more than 72 business hours.
  • Ensure that less than 10% of total calls are escalated to external resources.
  • Handle / resolve after hours support calls as necessary.
Required Skills:
  • Degree in Secondary Education, Accounting or equivalent experience required
  • 1-2 years of Technical Support experience • Knowledge of Servers or PC networking
  • Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Office environment and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
Bonus Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in working with K-12 Education software products.
Salary Range:
$37,500 to $55,500 / year depending on experience and qualifications 


Education PEOPLEWARE Support Supervisor

This position is a based in CIC's Greeley, CO Office or can be a telecommuting / remote employment position however prospective employees must be located in one of CIC’s territory states – CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, NE


Job Summary:

CIC is looking for a Support Team Supervisor with excellent communication, organizational and customer relationship skills to supervise our Peopleware Support Team.  This position will have hands-on supervisor responsibilities for a team of 7+ Peopleware Support Coordinators / Specialists who support Infinite Campus and Tableau software as well as act as a Support Resource for CIC’s Customer Help Desk.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Schedule initial and on-going product training / certification of staff members.
  • Review and analyze data collected to project support call volume to identify staffing needs.
  • Use data / reports to make recommendations for improvement in the quality of support delivered to our customers.
  • Maintain team goals for call response and resolution to CIC’s customer support calls.
  • Recruit / Interview / Hire / Review Education Support Coordination Staff
  • Work with CIC’s external business partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Relevant professional work experience, including software support and personnel management two (2) years or more relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience in analyzing data and using data to improve quality of services delivered.
  • Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Office environment and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with executive level management, customers, and internal staff.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

Education Training Specialist

This position is a telecommuting / remote employment position however prospective employees must be located in one of CIC’s territory states – CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, NE

 The Education Training Specialist position is responsible for delivering expert online and in-person training and consulting to educators, administrators and technical users of Infinite Campus and Tableau.  This exciting and challenging position will provide you with an outlet to exercise your passion for training and presenting and put you in a position to directly impact the lives of educators and students. 
  
Core Responsibilities:
·      Deliver training via online tools and in-person to K-12 School District customers
·     Document and communicate issues reported in training by customers and escalate as appropriate
·     Consult and provide “outside of the box” solutions to complex customer problems
·     Assist with CIC’s Customer Service Support Helpdesk, when not conducting training
 
Required Skills:

·         Ability to anticipate areas of difficulty and/or questions and quickly adapt training to meet the needs of participants

Education Training Supervisor

This position is a telecommuting / remote employment position however prospective employees must be located in one of CIC’s territory states – CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, NE

Job Summary:

The Education Training Supervisor position is responsible for supervising CIC’s Education Training Team, including team staffing, completing employee reviews, monitoring / improving employee performance, as well as performing Training Specialist responsibilities.    

Core Responsibilities:

  • Recruit / Interview / Hire / Review Education Training Specialist Staff
  • Monitor Team’s performance including average of training evaluations for customers’ satisfaction / procedures, scheduling initial and on-going internal training / certification of staff members, and monitoring team’s trip report submissions within 72 hours of trip completion. 
  • Resolution of Team Scheduling / Customer Installation / Training / Support Issues as Required
  • Provide training to customers on-site and via CIC’s DESKTOP Response including maintaining training evaluations and trip report submission within 72 hours of trip completion.
  • Provide support assistance for CIC Customer Help Desk.

Required Skills:

  • Relevant professional work experience, including customer training and personnel management of two (2) years or more relevant experience preferred.

Technical Development Specialist

The Technical Development Specialist position is responsible for developing software solutions in a multi-platform client / server environment. This exciting and challenging position will provide you with an outlet to exercise your passion for developing, and put you in a position to directly impact the lives of Government personnel.

Core Responsibilities:

·         Program for ten (10) or more simultaneous application development projects

·         Complete project investigations including reporting findings and estimated hours

·         Complete general and detail design specifications

·         Complete coding and documentation per general and detail design specifications

·         Participate in and complete unit testing / resulting object corrections as required

·         Generate appropriate distribution packages and distribute / install objects for completed projects.

·         Act as a technical escalation support resource for CIC client help desk

Required Skills:

·         MIS or Computer Science Degree or equivalent software development experience

·         5-7 Years of VB.NET (.NET Forms with Visual Basic programming language) experience

·         5-7 Years MS SQL Server Database experience
